The split

Fifty percent, and you can check the arithmetic.

Your share is calculated on net sales. What the customer actually paid, after any discount, refund or tax. Not a number we invent, and not a profit figure we get to define after the fact.

Refunds reverse proportionally, and appear on your statement as their own line, never as a quiet correction to a number you have already seen.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Does this cost me anything?

No. Product development, tooling, your website, shipping and customer service are all ours. You are never invoiced, and nothing is deducted from your share to cover them.

How much work is it really?

Four things: sign, send five photos, shoot the product once when your sample arrives, and share your link. Everything between those steps is ours.

What are the five photos for?

The packaging and the first version of your store, so we can build both while the product is being manufactured. They should be images you already own and are happy to see in print. Once your sample arrives you shoot the real product, and those photos replace the placeholders on your site.

What if I do not like the product?

You get a physical sample before a single unit goes on sale. If it is not right, it does not launch. That is the point of sending it to you first.

Is this exclusive?

Your content is never exclusive to us. There is a limited category exclusivity while the partnership runs, so we are not selling a competing product with your name beside someone else's. The exact wording is in the agreement and we walk you through it before you sign.

Who owns the product?

Cosara manufactures and owns the tooling. Your name and likeness are licensed to us for the term only, on terms you approve, and you keep the right to withdraw content you have given us. If the partnership ends, your name comes off.

How do I know the numbers are honest?

You get your own dashboard login showing every order as it lands, the rate applied, and the arithmetic behind each line, including the ones that earned nothing and why. Your rate and terms are printed on the page, so every figure is one you can check rather than one you have to trust.

What if it does not sell?

Then we have spent our money and you have spent an afternoon. There is no clawback and no debt. Some partnerships also carry a guaranteed minimum for the first period. If that applies to yours it is written into your agreement as a number, not a formula.

How discreet is the shipping?

Plain outer packaging with no brand marks. The same standard we use across the whole Cosara range.
